The school improvement model is collaborative. The Trust has spent three years developing individuals via coaching and leadership; which has helped to build networks that share best practice to enhance the learning of ALL children in the Trust.

  • Trust and peer support to quality assure curriculum
  • Bespoke data tracking at KS3 & KS4

  • A programme of external reviews to support SEF grades
